UK Shipping

We send all items out via Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcelforce Courier to the UK. We are proud of our speedy service and in our experience a lot of our customers will receive the item the very next day if they place the order before 15:00 (14:00 on a Friday). We have excellent feedback regarding the speed of our service and we are proud to maintain our high level of fast delivery all year round.


To UK Addresses:
The VAT amount of 20% will be automatically charged to all orders paid for and delivered within the UK.

Our Royal Mail Tracked 24 postage is charged based on the up to date Royal Mail pricing system to the UK, with an additional price when items unit size or weight have to be included. We usually use Tracked 24 or Special Delivery on items to ensure they arrive with your promptly.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: £3.99 - Smaller Packets up to a certain size or weight
  • Next Working Day: £8.99 - via Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
    (Note: We are able to send orders via a Next Day Service if orders are confirmed before 15:30 Mon-Thurs or before 14:00 on Friday)

  • Age Verified/Extra Care: £8.99 - Orders containing knives or cleaning products with hazardous marking will have to be sent using a special service which costs more than regular postage. Knives are sent using Royal Mail Age Verified Service and Oils/Cleaning products using Parcelforce 24

International Shipping

We use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for our International Orders. The prices are based on weight and are calculated at the checkout depending on your destination.

Orders to France:
As of March 2026, Royal Mail International Service will add an additional €2 per item type to the import duties collected by the courier service. We will notify each French customer regarding this policy.

Import Duty and Taxes for International Order

We send all of our International orders Duties and VAT unpaid. This will vary depending on your order and your country. All International orders are priced Excluding VAT.
